February Update

These gifts from Diana for the kiddos. They have a little MP3 players in them. Diana put some awesome songs about the Bible and Jesus on them. Abigail just adores hers. Right now both of them bring theirs with them everywhere we go. Sammy plays Joyful Joyful over and over and over again :) He just loves that song-I don't blame him!
Sammy is still as cute as can be. In this pic he's telling me a story about how he is on a train to the Zoo. His little imagination is going wild right now. Almost all the time he is pretending to be a character from a book or video that he has seen. He really thrives on routine. We go for walks together a few times a week, just he and I, because he is still a mama's boy after all!

Well we've had a rough week. Abigail came home with a nasty cold virus that aggravated her asthma to the point that she needed breathing treatments 3 times a day. Little Danny got it too and ended up with a baby bout of asthma. Even he needed breathing treatments. Everyone ended up with ear infections-Sammy in both ears. Even the cat got a UTI right in the middle of it. But praise God that was all that was wrong with her. Daily Abigail was on 4 medications, Sam on one, Danny on 2, Tika on one.

Danny is still huge at over 20 lbs. He's still a sweetheart and such a low maintenance baby. He's starting to roll over and pick things up. Abigail plays with him and talks to him all the time and he just loves her. He smiles at her and laughs. It is soooo neat. Though he is so heavy now that he can't fit in his carseat (!) and I can't carry him for very long without getting winded-and he still can't sit up (!) I sure wish this time would last a little longer.

Abigail has been doing great at school and is making some adorable Valentines for her classmates. She is also really taking to piano. She is able to stay with a beat and can tell the difference between whole, half and quarter notes and play them in time when she sees them. Most importantly she talks to me about Jesus all the time. She was playing her little lamb the other day and brought it to me while it sang about believing in Jesus. She said "Mama, I LOVE this song, you know why? Because it talks about believing in Jesus, and I do. I believe in Jesus. Not everyone does, but I do-and that's the most important thing is to believe in Jesus."

More ice pictures-our backyard was absolutely Gorgeous!
